From tiny details to giant masterpieces – discover the beauty of bugs through art!This term, our popular afterschool art class explores the fascinating world of insects through drawing, painting, pattern, and mixed media. Perfect for curious young artists, each week offers a chance to unwind after school while learning real artistic skills in a fun, hands-on environment.

✏️ What to Expect Each Week:

🔎 Weeks 1–2: Drawing Bugs Up CloseWe’ll zoom in on beetles, bees, dragonflies and more using photo references to observe shape, detail, and pattern—then scale up to create large, exciting drawings.

🎨 Weeks 3–4: Watercolour & Pattern StudioChildren will explore watercolour painting, creating colourful insect artwork and extending their designs into stained glass-inspired patterns using tessellation and repetition.
