This session is family-friendly (ages 8+) and just as enjoyable for adults, making it a lovely shared creative experience. Your finished bird house will be kiln-fired and ready to collect around 3 weeks later, when you’ll return to paint and glaze it in our creative café.

Get hands-on with clay and design your very own ceramic bird house in this relaxed, creative workshop. Using slab-building techniques, you’ll construct the main form, cut out an entrance, and personalise your piece with decorative details such as tiled roofs, flowers, textured patterns, or even a little perch.
This is a brilliant introduction to clay construction and a chance to make something that’s not just beautiful, but functional and full of character. Perfect for gardens, balconies, or as a charming indoor feature.
