At The Art School, Chester, our hand-building workshops and courses are designed for complete beginners and those who simply love to make. From our much-loved Highland Cow and Animal Mug sessions to our festive seasonal workshops and six-week clay courses, there’s something for every creative mood and skill level.
You’ll learn core techniques such as slab work, coiling, and sculpting, while exploring surface decoration and glazing to bring your creations to life.
