About this event
Inspired by the soft, simple style of much-loved plush toys, you’ll create a sweet, rounded character such as a bunny, bear or cat, before bringing it to life with colour on your return visit.
In your first session you’ll be guided step-by-step through building your character using simple hand-building techniques – how to shape, attach and refine your piece ready for firing. Once it has been bisque fired, you’re invited back to Pictura Paint & Pottery Café to glaze it, choosing your own colours and finishes. You can book that visit at a time that suits you once your piece is ready (approx. 2 weeks later).
